Include **Ignore Code Blocks** option #8

This would be great because I would love to just highlight my entire document and execute the command without worrying about modifying my code blocks.

Keep up the great work, I love this plugin.

For reference, the wordcount package accomplishes this somehow.

You can use multiple selections (via CTRL) and the package only works on the selected portions, but I haven't started ignoring code blocks simply because it would significantly complicate matters. Right now I just do a replace on the whole selection (or multiple selections), and I'm reluctant to increase complexity by modifying the selection and excluding codeblocks defined in some given markup. (Although I'm guessing you mean Markdown.) The package is ridiculously simple right now, and I kind of like it that way. :) I'm going to leave this as an enhancement for the future as opposed to a "won't fix"... maybe I'll have time to take another look sometime.
