The help command might show the flags but it doesn't let users know the commands available without accessing the user guide online. Thus, this feature does not cater to cli-centric users.

Team's Response

We cater to the CLI-users as they can simply copy the URL by clicking their spacebar once and pasting it using CTRL-V so they do not even have to use their mouse. Thus we feel it is friendly for CLI-users

Reason for disagreement: That’s a valid point but It’s not included anywhere in the UG or in the application that we COULD copy the website's link by using the spacebar to copy the URL and ctrl-V. This help command still requires users to open a browser and then paste it into the browser's search bar. There are definitely ways to perform all these using CLI alone if you're a user who uses terminal or Linux Operating systems, however, I do not think this is possible based on the targeted audience which is HR personnel.
