Feature request: force amount of cards per expansion #163

Allow picking an amount of cards per selected expansion.

I'm willing to code the feature myself. Would the PR be accepted if I did?

How? I don't see any way to decide how many cards I want for each picked expansion.

I feel it's a bit hard to find, but otherwise looks nice. :)
