Cannot select 'single' templates #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup a new 'single-' template in the /single directory such as 
'single-authors'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: the single-authors.php file
Actual: The single-default.php file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
This is because all of the 'cfct_choose_single_template_*' functions make the 
wrong call to 'cfct_type_templates' function.
