Neow's Eye Didn't Trigger Relic #4

Gained Sealed Pack from a Neow's Eye and the Sealed Pack (from Replay the Spire) never rewarded any cards. This may cause an issue with vanilla relics like Tiny House though I haven't personally tested it due to the difficulty involved in getting Neow's Eye to reward a Tiny House. Posting in both since I don't know which mod caused the issue. Thank you very much! :)

Probably a Replay the Spire issue since it rewarded the cards during the first fight. O.o Edit: Yea 99% sure it's not a BlakkMod issue. Srry!
