Falha na instalação | Installation failed. #2

PT-BR Falta arquivos na pasta vendor, e ao tentar composer install e composer update em localhost o mesmo ocorre com falhas diversas.

Missing files in the vendor folder, and when trying to composer install and composer update on localhost the same thing happens with several failures.

PT-BR Se possível, seria interessante fazer a instalação em seu computador, ou um backup de uma instalação funcional, e upar novamente o código! Ou se o erro é meu e estou instalando da forma errada, criar um pequeno tutorial de como instalar.

Obs. Estou usando PHP 7.1

If possible, it would be interesting to install it on your computer, or a backup of a working installation, and re-upload the code! Or if the mistake is mine and I'm installing it the wrong way, create a small tutorial on how to install it.
