Add Patient Feature could be better optimised with optional parameters

Description

In the User Guide, it mentions that users are able to add a patient named Jarell with phone number 000 , email unknown@x.com , address unknown address and no tags. Some improvements could be to change the behaviour of the add patient feature to have the prefix parameters p/ e/ and a/ optional to optimise for fast typers who wish to add patients even faster.
