Don't know if there's a general fix to this. It's worth finding out what maps
this applies to as I've noticed some are better than others. Then enter a
specific issue per map using the issue labels (there's a label per map in the
label list).

It is specific to each map, but cuts across all maps. There are always
emplacements not used in each map, to different degree from map to map. It
needs someone sitting down and working on either each map's strategic areas
file or something related.

Doesn't have anything to do with the StrategicAreas.ai file.
More to do with whether there are spawn points where AI can spawn directly into
these positions.
Editing the GPO (Gameplayobjects.con) file through the editor would help.
Also, Bots can't spawn off the navmesh, they will die.

This is now being handled in future updates of FH by the official SP team. I'll
consider this issue for deletion as it's too general really. Enter specific
issues for maps which would be more helpful .. which gun they never enter and
where it is on the map, etc.
