Hi,

I was wondering how you found out the commands to use with your remote. Is there a spec somewhere? Watching packet dumps?

I have a different Grace radio that this partially works with but I wanted to adapt it into the GDI-IR2600 I have.

A lot of guesswork, I'm afraid. I think there was a partial spec floating around already, but unfortunately I don't know anything about it at this point. Coherence (one of the libraries I used) has a great frontend (iirc), which allows you to browse methods to test things out.

I wound up looking at the XML coming from the radio and figured a few things out (playing presets). I was just surprised that there isn't some open library to do remote things. Grace/Gracie? have apps for iPhone/Android but you have to run via emulation.
