IP Bans Not Being Blocked #15

As the title says, the module does not block those people who have been banned via IP on sorucebans. I have tested the ban using our CSGO servers and I was properly blocked but when I tried to connect to our GMod servers that run AnotherULXSBanModule I was able to connect. We are running SourceBans++ 1.5.5-dev-git357

Would be nice if there was a way to ban by ip from in game also ie sbanip.
