This pull request is for the new, redesigned homepage. The following changes were made in the code base:
1) Two versions of logo images were added.
2) Removed all unnecessary images from the assets folder
3) Added a minified css file to improve performance.
4) Modified CSS and PHP files for redesigning the home page.
