I use a SD2Vita adapter with a 256 gb microsd set to ux0 running the latest version of cfw and pkg and when I try to download using my mobile hotspot while working, it partially downloads. Then about 1/4 - 1/2 of the download, the Vita throws this error code. I looked up the error code and it is associated with the memory card having a bad read. Which usually indicates cleaning the slot and rebooting or memory card failure. But it's all new. After returning home to WiFi, the download worked just fine. So I believe there may be a bug causing this error code.
