Given the user is authenticated When the user is viewing their order Then there should be a button labeled Cancel Order which will remove all products from the order and delete the order

Can this only be done on completed orders or orders in progress? In what view does this the cancel order option appear? Only open! If there is a payment type id CANNOT be canceled.
