This is one part of ticket #18.
Added User Settings view. View shows First and Last name, Address, Phone number, Payment Options and Order History.
To test, log into the Bangazon application and go to http://127.0.0.1:8000/userSettings . You should see everything there. Not able to edit anything yet. That's the next step. []https://github.com/blathering-barnacles/Bangazon-2/issues/38(url)
