remind command can be submit without a tag paremeter #3

The UG states that the TAG parameter is compulsory

However, in the app I am able to submit the following command: "remind n/OLVL at/2024-03-04 24:00" without tags

Not sure if this is a documentation or functionality bug

Inconsistency in UG for remind command

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

Overview The format for remind in the UG is remind n/DESCRIPTION at/TIME t/TAG. However, the t/TAG is actually optional (you can check using remind in the TutorPro app CLI) so in the UG it should be changed to [t/TAG].
