[Bug] Installing something that fails the NCA Signature verification crashes Tinfoil #391

I'm not sure this is detectable NUT-side, but the download of a file that would've failed the NCA Signature verification always crashes both NUT GUI and Tinfoil with no further explanation (Tinfoil just exits with an unexpected error).

do you have the option enabled to allow unsigned code? (and followup - generally there's no need for this assuming your content is dumped from a proper source)

I do, but the issue here is that when you don't (which is the sensible default) then this situation happens, where both Tinfoil and NUT fail without further details, making it quite confusing to debug because no explicit information is given about the incident.
