Fishing issues in 60FPS

Current Behavior

Fishing is both harder and easier.

1. You have to keep the hook moving when the fish is close, else it gets bored almost instantly.
2. Sometimes when the fish lunges for the hook it will miss it.
3. When you DO hook a fish, the reeling in is faster than it usually is. But that also means you might lose the fish because it has a chance of getting free faster.
4. When you catch the 10LB fish as child and weigh it in 60FPS, you'll receive the Golden Scale instead of a Heart Piece.
