I never received the Light Medallion from Rauru after I drew the Master Sword, nor did I receive the Requiem of Spirit from Sheik after I entered and exited the Spirit Temple entrance. I skipped both of these cutscenes.
Current Behavior
Though this clearly doesn't happen with all cutscene skips (I've skipped every cutscene possible thus far with no issues), with the two I mentioned above, I didn't receive the correlated items.
Expected Behavior
For the Light Medallion, since this cutscene doesn't force Link to play a song, and instead the medallion is just granted to him through a regular dialogue window, I'm assuming that skipping this cutscene was supposed to work as any other cutscene skips I've done thus far, and simply give me the medallion as it should (which it has done with all the other sages).
For the Requiem of Spirit, I was actually surprised I got to skip this cutscene, as I haven't been able to skip any other song-related cutscenes thus far (Bolero of Fire, for example, was unskippable). I was expecting it to play as normal even though I was mashing buttons to try to skip through it, and let me learn the song.
Possible Solution
For the Rauru cutscene, I have no idea why this one ended up bugging, given that it should have been treated the same as all other sage cutscenes, and given me the medallion after drawing the master sword (as all the other sages have successfully given me their medallions when I skip their cutscenes).
My best guess is that the Spirit Temple cutscene where Sheik grants you the Requiem of Spirit is "mislabeled" in the config as a cutscene that's skippable, and should not be, given that if you skip it, you have no way of entering the Spirit Temple (since you need to be a child at first, and child Link has no way of getting back). Maybe it's like a simple true/false line that can be switched back to false? This is based on my experience working with League of Legends config but I have absolutely no clue how OoT config is structured, just a guess :D
Steps to Reproduce
Play though the game until you get to either of these cutscenes.
Check inventory. You won't have the light medallion/requiem of spirit afterwards, even though you should.
Hopefully the picture below is sufficient proof. I didn't get a chance to record this time since, like I said, I wasn't actually expecting a bug with the Spirit Temple cutscene, and I didn't even realize I didn't have the light medallion either until the Spirit Temple cutscene bugged out.
