If you try and teach the scarecrow a song in Lake Hylia in 60fps, he does the dance and everything, then the camera freezes on him with link looking at him. Game became unplayable for me at this point.
Possible Solution
Don't teach the scarecrow the song in anything but 20fps mode.
Steps to Reproduce
enter lake hylia.
swap into 60fps mode
walk up to scarecrow in Northeast Corner.
Teach him a song, watch the cutscene, and get frozen in place
