Add GFS GraphCast AI Model #313

My first attempt at contributing...hopefully I didn't mess anything up!

The only source I've found for this data is here: https://registry.opendata.aws/noaa-nws-graphcastgfs-pds/ There could be others that I'm not aware of.

Seems like it's still an experimental model and other parameters/levels could be added in the future.
