Update accessors.py with SeaSpray RGB #63

I didn't upload an image with this. If you need one, I have some and comparison images if you need to get more info. I worked with Bill Line (NOAA) to ensure this was the correct RGB recipe.

Very cool! Is this what's it's supposed to look like; I think I see some sea spray in the top right corner! image

Brian, It is live on RAMMB Slider, so you can see it here to compare to what you just made: https://rammb-slider.cira.colostate.edu/?sat=goes-16&sec=full_disk&x=9848&y=4112&z=2&angle=0&im=24&ts=3&st=0&et=0&speed=120&motion=loop&maps%5Bborders%5D=white&p%5B0%5D=sea_spray_rgb&opacity%5B0%5D=1&pause=20230531184021&slider=-1&hide_controls=0&mouse_draw=0&follow_feature=0&follow_hide=0&s=rammb-slider&draw_color=FFD700&draw_width=6

Now... this isn't tuned for summer, so you aren't likely seeing sea spray. What I think you are seeing is smoke from the Alberta and Saskatchewan fires as well as the smaller fire in Nova Scotia.

Comparison imagery for you to understand what this is supposed to look like during the right time of year are below.

Oh, gotcha. (The images didn't come through the email to GitHub, but I get the idea.)

FYI, I updated the docs with a sample image (same time as all the other samples) https://goes2go.readthedocs.io/en/latest/reference_guide/index.html#goes2go.accessors.rgbAccessor.SeaSpray

Thanks again for contributing this :)

Also, I am working with Bill Line on the Blowing Snow RGB that is also on RAMMB slider, but it isn't ready for primetime, so he isn't giving me the completed RGB recipe. I have some base code for it in my local version of code that, once I get the full recipe, I will update and add a PR.

Sorry the images for Sea Spray didn't come through. If you want them I can send them directly to your email address.

Thanks for updating the docs. I haven't done that portion of the github world, so I am not exactly sure how to do it or I haven't tried hard enough is more like it.

Thanks, Bryan
