update conda.recipe with build numbers #129

So after merging this we started getting these errors https://binstar.org/blaze/datashape/builds/14/17 I removed the offending line in https://github.com/ContinuumIO/datashape/commit/bc2cda3f84ce88f0a68e8946133e62f852e70381, thinking that it wasn't necessary now that we're using git describe but oddly we're only seeing the new build number show up on windows builds and not linux ones.

Looks like this problem also exists in Blaze but not yet in into.

no idea we are using a very similar structure for other repos maybe @cpcloud would know
