Fix LICENSE format #220

Add a newline to fix the format of the LICENSE file. This should hopefully make GitHub realize this is BSD 3-Clause instead of BSD 2-Clause.

Thanks, it looks like it still reports 2 clause though

LOL it might be because there is no 3rd clause. 😄 Is this meant to be 2-Clauses?
