Restore effect id's to the id's used in WLED SR #43

To avoid syncing errors between WLED SR 0.13 and 0.14 devices To preserve presets.json between WLED SR 0.13 and 0.14 devices

Some effects of SR have been removed by 0.14. Fill these id's with new effects created by 0.14 (e.g. crazy bees, ghost rider...)
