Adding JSON IR remote #7

I'm so sorry, I've seemed to have done this the hardest way possible. :(

I needed to make a new branch for this since there were just too many changes included for my dev. Unfortunately while I pulled this into a separate baranch all history was lost and the PR remained open. I have added attribution comment at the head of decodeIRJson() as a remedy.
