Conflicts with scrollview #30

Hi, First off, I love this library, and it works really fantastic. One thing I seem to notice is that it conflicts with androids scrollview. The slider would not show up if it is wrapped inside a scrollview. Is there a possible work around for this?

i will have to look into that, but it should be possible.
