Use epub page number #238

In most ebook reader, the page number is the hardcoded Epub one. In CR, the page number depends on your font settings.

It would be nice to have an option to use epub page number and display both numbers when multiple Epub pages are displayed (that's how it works on the Bookeen Muse).

I've unpacked & packed again some epubs. Haven't found there any trace of hard coded page numbers.
