VYZN: Support of existing CDE's #481

It appears that for some organizations it is a hard requirement to support their existing CDE. These organizations might be interested in using Apps published on Bldrs but they would not be willing to swap their CDE for that reason.

Example organizations:

General planners
Architecture firms

Example CDE's:

Dalux
BIM360

The requirement would be supporting existing CDE's - this might mean replicating data from/to existing CDE's.

This should be done according to the OpenCDE initiative from BuildingSmart. See also #450
