Rename WinApp2.ini repo #76

I would suggest to rename the WinApp2.ini repo to e.g. "bleachbit-winapp2.ini". The reason is, that if someone fork this repo (done till now 4 times) it creates forks that are be default named "WinApp2.ini". But this forks are not include the original WinApp2.ini, they contain the BB version of WinApp2.ini! But this repos can later be found e.g. by a global search on GH, or get linked, or... This will IMHO earlier or later leet to the point, that people/users/dev will find any (old) WinApp2.ini repo that include anything, but not a "original" copy of the original WinApp2.ini repo! To avoid later confusions I would rename it yet and make clear, that this are forks of the BB version of WinApp2.ini.

Right now the repository's URL is https://github.com/bleachbit/winapp2.ini/ , and with your suggestion it would be https://github.com/bleachbit/bleachbit-winapp2.ini/ . Do you think two "bleachbit"s is redundant?
