Request: Add entry to view your own profile posts #105

Currently the only way to see your own posts is to find your latest post and click on your icon in the timeline. It's probably unintuitive this way. It would be at least better to have one more text item in the "profile" menu (where you can switch accounts and see favorites and all) such as "Own posts" or something like that.

You can click your current account entry and Tootle will open your profile.
