add flatpak manifest #175

By adding the manifest, people can now build the project using flatpak-builder or just by cloning it with gnome-builder and hitting run.

All the necessary libs are included in the flatpak, so nothing else needs to be changed to make this work.

That was the path of my local repo, sorry. I've changed it now.
