Give an option to prohibit Tootle from opening (and by doing so, also from locally downloading image attachments) any external application, such as a system's image viewer, or a web-browser, when scrolling by an image.
This would be very useful on smaller screens of mobile devices like the PinePhone, or the Librem 5.
