Seems this patch-set makes libhandy mandatory, originally intended to be optional.
As per our conversation on Matrix: the availability of libhandy on the system is optional, if it's there it will be used, otherwise the gitsubmodule will be used. So what is optional isn't its usage but its availability. :)
Hence there is no issue, all I did is use libhandy a bit more.
This follow the GNOME HIG a bit more closely and use libhandy to polish the UI a bit more.
No need to update the libhandy version for that as all the needed features are available in 0.83.0.
