Allow alternative image viewers #280

Tootle is very snappy, which makes it very pleasant to use. It, however, hamstrings itself by using chromium as an image viewer, which is not the quickest application with regard to startup. So being able to optionally configuring an alternative image viewer would allow to bring Tootle's image displaying on par with the rest of the application with regard to snappyness.

Tootle actually resorts to mimeapps, which seem to have… strange defaults for some media types…
