Increase the size of the selected node #4

The selected node should be made larger to improve visibility. It will also be necessary to increase it's D3 "charge" to prevent it from obscuring other nodes.

@andresgalante I added the location name to the userinfo panel. I also made the userinfo panel update as the user moves around. Can you adjust the userinfo node so it doesn't change sizes as the values change?
