Quotes around txt values removed #103 #104

Dear @blechschmidt,

Regarding #103 , I tried to delete the quotes around txt record value in ndjson output mode. Correct me if I'm wrong, thanks!

Thanks for your contribution.

The quotes should still be present in the text output while not being included in the JSON output. This is why simply deleting them is not sufficient.
