Add make install #16

This adds a make install command to the Makefile so people can install massdns to their system.

It's not easy to use a variable PREFIX or DESTDIR because the lack of a configuration script. But that is fine I guess. It's hardcoded to /usr/local now so you might consider changing that (works fine on OS X and Ubuntu here).
