Build distribution task #12

Added a task to produce a distribution folder. Ratpack executable does not require .groovy/lib to have jars.

This pull request is under the assumption that you guys are targeting gradle 0.9.2. Gradle 1.0 milestone 1 and beyond supports a application plugin that would be perfect for ratpack. I made a branch that integrates the application plugin into ratpack. If you would prefer that over this let me know and I will fire off another pull request. https://github.com/trashhalo/Ratpack/compare/gradle1.0

Advantage of application plugin:

Can execute ratpack directly without building a jar
Can generate distribution zips and folders
Generates os specific launch files

Disadvantage:

Requires gradle users to be using gradle 1.0milestone1 or newer
