Item Request: General-Purpose Explosives #190

Currently we have grenades and breaching charges. I at least would like to also have access to a general use explosive (say, like C4) that can be used more creatively. Such explosive would need an entry in the items document with price tag and rules for how it behaves in different settings, including damage numbers and ranges.

We would also benefit from having either -rules for use of the general explosive as a demolition charge or -an explicit demolition charge similar to the breaching charges. Who knows when someone will make a dungeon where you need to take out a shield generator? (You must tell command that they may start their landing)

I was attempting to inject levity into the proceedings by making a star wars reference (battle of Hoth).

I didn't know we had that! It is absolutely viable as a reference, but I was thinking in particular of something ... authoritative enough that it couldn't be effectively thrown. And maybe that higher level versions existed.
