That makes sense. I'm going to feed this to the stealth systems project.
Obstruction levels is a good name for it. I'd like to keep "Environment Conditions" reserved for future development of hostile environmental hazards.
In relation with giving sound and light names and levels, I propose we have obstruction levels. This way things like light fog, heavy fog/smoke grenades, and potentially things like waterfalls have a solid reference and we do not have to rewrite the rules for how heavy fog works every time we create a new smoke grenade type item.
