create a specific subdomain. #2

I'd like to be able to create a specific subdomain just like serveo.net allows.

ssh -R subdomain:10100:localhost:6500 bleenco.space -p 2200

subdomain.bleenco.space

it is currently not possible to request specific id. it is in plan to support that though
