When reading a file name, TeX's primitive input is non-expandable #4

IIRC, morewrites will expand \@@input in \openout4=foobar\@@input baz\relax. TeX would not.

I changed my mind as to whether it was reasonable to hook into read_x_token just for the special case of \input, so I'll commit a full fix soon.
