LuaTeX's \readline reads files in latin-1 #5

The morewrites package is currently completely broken with LuaTeX, as it uses \readline to read a file before writing it back to another file (later on). Contrarily to \read, \readline does weird things to encodings. See my question on TeX.se.

As far as I can tell, this is fixed in the newest LuaTeX.

Since the newest LuaTeX has 128 \write streams, I've decided to make upcoming morewrites versions do nothing in LuaTeX.
