[BREAKING] Rename LightAutomaton/LightTransition to GraphAutomaton/GraphTransition #51

The previous name wasn't a particularly good description, it was just inspired from the name LightGraphs. Since LightGraphs was renamed into Graphs, there is now no good reason to keep that name.
