Fix typo In docs/tex/tutorials/bayesian-neural-network.tex and notebooks/getting_started.ipynb.

Thanks for the typo update! Can you make the change in both the tex and ipynb versions? There should be a copy of each, one for each format.

For the tex version of getting_started.ipynb, there's no comment about N. So, there's no typo.
For bayesian-neural-network, explicit .ipynb version does not exist. The homepage described "A toy demonstration is available in the Getting Started section. Source code is available at examples/bayesian_nn.py in the Github repository.". In short, bayesian-neural-network.ipynb == getting_started.ipynb.
(plus) Somebody already fixed the same typo in examples/bayesian_nn.py.
