Incorporate phonology features in TwoLC. and database #76

Let's find a way to make rules based on syllable structures, feet and stress. As well as syllable boundaries. There should also be rules that can automatically calculate a word's division based on a defined structure. It should be possible to manually define the syllables for loanwords and such as well.
