Switch everything over to using new detailed authors

• Assign old author ID numbers to the "new" authors wherever we can (https://github.com/rabdill/rxivist/issues/170)
• Remove "Author" models and rename the "DetailedAuthor" ones
• Rename all "detailed_author_x" tables to just "author_x" and remove the old tables (or rename them something out of the way) https://github.com/rabdill/rxivist/blob/master/spider/spider.py#L532
• Deploy new API and website, get proxy working
