Idea: Group dashboard info better and make positions static over toggle.

2: Positions

Make the supplied and borrowed positions conditionally render on if the user has any or not
When the screen size is smaller, drop the APR column first. Then there should be a decent amount of space to work with. Then make the button shorter with screen size
