display emissions as apr

This needs to be implement on each action page (supply, withdraw, borrow, repay).

It would likely make sense if the APR component rendered it horizontally given the layout of how interest is dispayed on those pages, IE:
Supply APR (?)
1.23% [ 2.34% # ]

[ ] Oh - this also needs to occur for backstop emissions, but should be worded slightly differently:

BLND-USDC LP interest earned: 1.23%
BLND-USDC LP emissions earned: 2.34%
Net APR earned: 3.57%
