It doesn't boot on Legacy Hardware only display a blinking cursor, No tty or anything just a blinking cursor.

Duplicate of #1. The live ISO uses systemd-boot as of right now, which is UEFI only. Developers said they will be switching to GRUB.

In case you are testing this via virt-manager/libivirt, make sure to enable UEFI on your BIOS so then the system can boot.
